Scotcharoos

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup white corn syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 cups special K cereal (12 cups per box)
- 6 oz chocolate chips
- 6 oz butterscotch chips
Instructions
- Bars: In a large Dutch Oven, over medium heat stir sugar and corn syrup together. Remove from heat IMMEDIATELY when it reaches a boil.
- Add peanut butter and special K and mix well.
- Press into a well buttered 9x12 pan.
- Frosting: Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips. Pour over bars.
- Cut the bars while they are warm and do not refrigerate.
