Peanut Brittle

Ingredients
- 1½ Cup Sugar
- ⅔ Cup Dark Syrup
- ⅔ Cup Water
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Cups Raw Spanish Peanuts
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Water
- ¼ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Combine first three ingredients and cook to softball stage
- Add butter and peanuts and cook to crack stage
- In separate bowl combine baking soda, 1 tsp water, salt
- Add to cooked mixture
- Spread onto a buttered pan
