Ingredients
- 2¾ cup flour
- 2 tablespoons grease
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¾ very warm water
Instructions
- Incorporate flour + grease
- Dissolve salt in water
- Pour water over flour
- Work in with a fork
- Knead until smooth and a medium-stiff consistency
- Divide into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes
- After resting divide into golf ball sized balls
- Press and rollout each ball individually between freezer bags until desired thickness then cook on medium heat on dry griddle
