Flour Tortillas
Cuisine: Mexican
Family Favorite
  • 2¾ cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons grease
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¾ very warm water
  1. Incorporate flour + grease
  2. Dissolve salt in water
  3. Pour water over flour
  4. Work in with a fork
  5. Knead until smooth and a medium-stiff consistency
  6. Divide into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes
  7. After resting divide into golf ball sized balls
  8. Press and rollout each ball individually between freezer bags until desired thickness then cook on medium heat on dry griddle
