Ingredients
  • ⅔ Cups Nuts
  • 3 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Real Butter
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Cup White Corn Syrup
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla or Flavoring
  • Nuts optional
Instructions
  1. Pour 1 Cup cream into pan add sugar, syrup and salt
  2. Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved
  3. Increase heat to low medium and bring to a boil
  4. Cook stirring frequently until it reaches a temperature of 234*
  5. Very, Very, Very slowly add 1 cup cream (so slow it does not stop boiling)
  6. Over low heat cook to 234* stirring frequently
  7. Add last cup of cream and butter
  8. Cook on low to 244*
  9. Remove from heat
  10. Add Nuts and Vanilla
  11. Pour into buttered pan
  12. Cool, Cut, wrap in plastic wrap
