Bell Pepper Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 Large Onion, Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- 1 Can Tomato Soup
- 1 12 Oz Can V8
- 2 Green Peppers, Chopped
- 2 Red, Orange, or Yellow Peppers, Chopped
- ½-2 Tbsp Sugar (altered to your preference)
- 1 Cup Minute Rice
- 1 Sazon
- Other Seasonings as desired (I use garlic pepper)
Instructions
- Brown beef, onion and garlic
- Rinse and drain
- Add 2 soup cans of water and all other ingredients, except rice
- Cook at a slow boil until peppers are tender
- Add rice and cook until tender (10-15 minutes)
