Asparagus and Peppers

Serves: 4
  • a bunch of asparagus
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 lemon cut in about fourths
  • salt and pepper
  • a splash of oil ( I used grape seed oil)
  • 2 TBS of water
  1. Throw it all in a dish, and COVER. then back at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Once it comes out stir it all together and that is all. So good, so fresh, so healthy, and so easy.
